O&M Services

One of the founding principles of Live Oak Energy was that we want to not only install quality solar energy systems, but we want to ensure that systems already installed and built in our region are cared for and maintained properly. As we have worked through the last decade installing and building systems throughout the Southeast we have come across so many systems large and small installed by other companies that have fallen into disrepair and neglect. We have a true passion for the solar industry, and whether a system was built by us or another company we want to help ensure that it is functional and working properly. For this reason we offer full, in house maintenance services for residential, commercial, and utility scale solar installation. Some of the services included in this scope include:

• Yearly and seasonal solar panel cleaning services
• Electrical inspections and diagnostics check up
• Monitoring services
• Landscaping and weed abatement when necessary
• System repair in the event of component failure
• Roof repair on systems that experience environmental and weather damage
