Live Oak Energy Systems is headquartered in Charleston, SC and is committed to providing the best in service and products for solar and battery storage installations in the regional Southeastern US. We offer full, in house design and installation services for residential and commercial installations, and we are fully licensed in multiple states across the county. Our dedicated staff of NAPCEP certified designers, installers and licensed electricians are here to help you make an educated and honest choice in looking at the options available to you for solar and battery installation. Rackley Davis
In early 2014, Rackley began work in the renewable energy space to help bring solar energy to people and businesses in the regional Southeast. He is passionate about finding real world solutions for the emerging energy crisis and about delivering the best renewable energy design and installation to Live Oak customers. After receiving technical training, Rackley worked in every aspect of the installation process, from design to development to project management, both large and small. He holds a NABCEP PVIP installation professional certification and a South Carolina specialty contractors license.
Cyrus Sherif
Cyrus Sherif – Cyrus has over 10 years of operational and development experience in the renewable energy space. His career in renewables started in San Diego as a lead installer for a local solar company. While at that company, he was fundamental in leading his team to success in residential solar, commercial solar, and battery installations.
In 2015, he left that company and bought a local solar company. Cyrus turned that company into a thriving local market leader through his leadership. He sold that company in 2020 and moved to Charleston, SC.
Cyrus has directed over three thousand installations with a combined 20MW, including residential, commercial, battery, wind, and microgrid installations. Cyrus has an electrical certificate from San Diego City College and is a licensed electrical contractor.
Nick Molnar
After graduating high school in 2004 Nick joined the electrical apprenticeship program. In 2008 he passed the NH State Journeyman exam and went on to get his NH State Masters License. He now holds licenses in SC, GA, NH, NC and TN. His background is in installation and project management of commercial, residential, and industrial electrical contracting. Now as a partner at Live Oak Energy Systems, he is applying his electrical expertise to renewable energy.
